What should I do when I want to exchange / Return a product?
You must return the product you have purchased within 5 days from the delivery date. The package of the product you want to exchange/return must be undamaged, unused, unlabeled and unwashed. The product must be sent with all its accessories. Underwear, socks, blankets, etc. hygienic products are excluded from the scope of exchange/return.
