What should I do when I want to exchange a product?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item you received does not fit properly or there is an issue with sizing, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are only allowed for another item available in our store (no refunds).

Please note that additional delivery charges will apply for the exchange service.
Do I pay the shipping fee for my exchange requests?
A new delivery charge will be added to any exchange process.
